2009's first hole-in-one ... I mean "eagle"
Degro knocks it in on 17 as GolfPrick golf gets off to fast start

It didn't take long for the 2009 GolfPrick golf year to begin with a bang as Digger did the dirty deed Saturday, Jan. 3, by sucking a 7-iron back into the hole from the white tee at TempleGusta's 172-yard 17th.

Unfortunately, In accordance with GolfPrick tradition, because it came from the white tee box, it only counts as "just another eagle."  The shot also victimized the Cardiac Colonel once again, as his birdie was just a runnerup in the greenie and scat race (boohoo).

Congratulations, Digger!

It was also reported by bystanders that recent "Dickhead Of The Year" winner, The Bennett, wasted no time positioning himself as the frontrunner to win the award again by "bennettizing" his group with a plethora of dots by capitalizing on 5 of 6 sand saves, three of which were double-dot poleys.  His new "award" putter was not used, however.

This display came much to the chagrin of his playing partners, especially Eazy, who was reportedly in "full-squawk mode" over the "dickhead's" usual lack of humility and and his incessant reporting of his hole-by-hole dot count.

KA goes on injured reserve
Mr. Kevin Anderson, a.k.a. Super K, K One, Super Chukker, the Wokster, Moss Man and Chrome Dome, has recently undergone reconstructive surgery on his other (left) shoulder.

He will be out of commission until May or June or perhaps October if he decides, unilaterally, to push things like he did the procedure on his right shoulder.

Evidently multiple 3 club parabola tosses have taken their toll.

Dr. Palmer's recommended rehab procedures begin with limited (2 to 3 per session) 12 ounce curls gradually working up to the Little Boy/Big Boy/Digro (6 to 12 per session) level.   The Bidet level (unlimited 24/7) seems out of reach and unsustainable at this point.

Please join us as we wish him a full and complete recovery and forward him the $10 - $20 he would have collected from us to help with his rehab expenses.
